Description:
Construction of a new 28’ x 46’-8” booster pump station constructed of CMU and brick veneer walls, standing seam metal roof, equipped with two horizontal single stage centrifugal pumps, associated piping and pipe supports, VFDs, hypochlorite chemical feed system, electrical, lighting, heat pumps, and interior natural gas emergency standby generator. The site work includes clearing, grubbing, grading, paved access driveway, sidewalk, chain link fence, swing gate, site piping, plantings and electrical service as shown on the design plans.
