Farmington, CT – Batterson Park PS Upgrade
Bid documents are available for download here at no charge. Paper copies of the bid documents may be purchased at the Finance Office, Farmington Town Hall, 1 Montieth Dr., Farmington, CT., Monday through Friday excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., upon a payment of $150.00 per set in the form of cash or check made payable to the “Town of Farmington”. This price includes one paper set of drawings and specifications. No refunds will be made for returned documents.
The Work includes, but it not limited to, all necessary construction services to partially demolish the existing Batterson Park Pump Station and to provide and install modifications to replace the existing station with a new submersible pumping station including wet well replacement (including coating), pre-cast concrete valve box and appurtenances, force main replacement, gravity sewer pipe replacement, upgraded electrical service, new fuel tank and appurtenances, valves, piping, site work, landscaping, paving, miscellaneous architectural and mechanical improvements, electrical, instrumentation, and demolition of the existing structures and equipment identified in the Drawings and Specifications.
