Description:
The project will include process equipment, controls and ancillary support systems upgrades and construction of emergency stand-by power systems and pretreatment tanks at the Foxcroft Road and Clover Circle Lift Stations and pigging of the Foxcroft Road Lift Station force main.

Houlton Water Company’s Office at 21 Bangor St, Houlton, ME 04730. The pre-bid conference will be followed up by a visit to the project site. Attendance at the pre-bid conference and site visit is encouraged but not required.
