Description:

In addition to delivery of a hard copy bid submission, the Town will also accept bids submitted by e-mail or fax. Bids may be submitted by these methods attention Laurie Smith, Town Manager via e-mail lsmith@kennebunkportme.gov or fax at 207-967-8470

The work in general consists of:

The Base Bid work involves construction of a new Parks and Recreation Building and associated
site improvements at the Town of Kennebunkport’s Parson’s Field property.

Bid Alternate “A” work includes provision of storage and kitchen cabinets as shown on drawings.

Bid Alternate “B” work includes provision of keypad entry locks on specific doors identified in the door schedule on the drawings.

Bid Alternate “C” work includes placement of base course and wearing course pavement, and
placement of pavement markings as indicated in the plans and specifications.

Bid Alternate “D” work includes installation of owner provided emergency generator, provision
of underground propane tank, protective bollards and for all utility gas and electrical connections and services associated with this equipment and site elements as indicated in the plans and specifications.

Bid Alternate “E” work includes construction of Base Bid (and Bid Alternate A, B, C and/or D
work if accepted) commencing March 18, 2019.
