Medway, MA – CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION – Populatic Water Treatment Plant
The Town of Medway will prequalify General Contractors and Subcontractors for construction of the Populatic Water Treatment Plant, DWSRF #6887. Prequalification will be established through the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 149 Section 44D1/2. The project is for full construction of a water treatment plant. The water treatment process includes a GreensandPlus pressure filtration system for iron and manganese removal, chemical feed systems, backwash recycling system, settled solids waste system, baffled clearwell, provisional space for future PFAS treatment equipment, and ancillary equipment and controls. The building also includes an operations area containing offices, locker and toilet facilities and an attached garage.
The required contract completion time is 540 consecutive days. Project is subject to MassDEP SRF requirements. This RFQ is for Contractor Prequalification and NOT a construction project out to bid.
Prequalification Packages will be submitted electronically through Wright-Pierce’s Online Plan Room using the link below.
NOTE: We acknowledge that some of the language on the Online Plan Room may reference bids, but we note that this submission is for Contractor Prequalification SOQ Packages for the above referenced project and not construction bids. Bidding for this project will occur after eligible General Contractors and Subcontractors have been prequalified.
