Upgrade the Low Lift Pump Station at the Rochester Water Treatment Facility. Major proposed work includes demolition of pumps, piping and appurtenance, electrical system, instrumentation system and piping and conduit, as well as renovation of piping an appurtenances, electrical system, instrumentation system and other removals demolitions as shown on the drawings.
