Sealed bids for the Sequencing Batch Reactor System for the Whitefield, NH Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade will be received by Wright-Pierce via email with subject line
“Whitefield, NH – SBR System Bid” to Michael.curry@wright-pierce.com. Two printed copies of the documents shall be mailed to 230 Commerce Way Suite 302 and must be received within 3 business days of the bid open date. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single sealed envelope, the outside of which must be clearly marked,”Whitefield, NH – SBR System Bid.” Bids will be privately opened.

The proposal submitted by each SBR System supplier will be used as part of an evaluation of SBR Systems for the Whitefield, NH WWTF Upgrade. At the end of the evaluation, each SBR
System supplier will be notified of the SBR System supplier selected by the OWNER. The selected SBR System supplier’s equipment will be used as the basis of design for Whitefield’s SBR System and will be required to provide information requested by the ENGINEER to assist in preparation of the detailed design and layout of the SBR equipment for the Construction Contract Documents. The selected SBR equipment will be listed in the subsequent WWTF Upgrade Bidding Documents at the SBR Suppliers guaranteed fixed price established by these Bid Documents and will be a sole source purchase by the General Contractor. These Bid Documents will be part of the Construction Documents. If the WWTF Construction Contract is not awarded, the Town of Whitefield will have no obligation to the selected SBR System supplier.
