The project is divided into four parts. Part 1 includes new gravity sanitary sewers and services, new water mains and services, new electrical and services, and site lighting. Part 2 includes site demolition, new site drainage, site grading, pavement reconstruction, Part 3 is for site landscaping irrigation, and Part 4 is for landscaping. The City may choose to award all Parts or combinations thereof as further defined in the Bid Schedule.
